PR36 Consultancy is led by Spencer Hendricks, who brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technology services across defence, government, financial services, ecommerce and enterprise IT. Throughout that time, Spencer has worked in environments where reliability, governance and service quality are essential, developing a reputation for taking ownership, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering results.

Our core expertise lies in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management (ITSM), including service governance, supplier and SLA management, service transition, operational assurance, performance reporting and continual service improvement. We work closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that strengthen service performance and support business growth.
